it's the holiest day of the year, mercury is in retrograde in virgo & it's thursday in los angeles.... the best place to start is gratitude. the computer is hot, my tea is cold, it's quiet & so so noisy inside.  i want to write, share, show you all the happenings in the kitchen in the last few days.. some really beautiful quiches and tarts i will share soon.
